Tagging is a tool to classify records so that links can be made among otherwise unrelated records. For example, a tag named "business" may be created and applied to your trip records to indicate all business trips; then later on, a search made for "business" yields only records containing that tag. It's possible to apply multiple tags to a single record, for example, "goods delivery" and "customer service" tags along with "business."
Tags may also be analysed and used for easy records filtering.
Tags are created by the company admin user and are synchronized with all user account used by the company.
